Job Title: Associate Director- Project Manager
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits, depending on candidate experience.
Location : London base, with international travel. Hybrid.

The Role:
As an Associate Director, you will take full ownership of projects from inception to delivery, working closely with private clients, developers, and leading design teams. You will be:
Leading high-end residential projects in London and across the UK
Travelling internationally several times a year to oversee milestone stages (destinations include the Caribbean and other prime global locations!)
Acting as the primary client interface, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional service
Managing consultants, contractors, programmes, budgets, and quality from start to finish
Supporting business growth and mentoring junior team members
About You:
To be successful, you must have:
Proven experience delivering prime or super-prime residential projects (essential).
A strong understanding of luxury design, build quality, and high-net-worth client expectations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with confidence in a client-facing role.
The ability to manage complex, bespoke projects with meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive, polished, project-focused approach.
