As a Lead Principal Infrastructure and Methodology Concept Engineer, you will assume a central role as the technical lead for our new Infrastructure and Methodology Concept Engineering team. You will encompass a wide array of crucial tasks aimed at bolstering the quality and efficiency of our Concept Engineering work products. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in actively contributing and providing significant insights within the Concept Engineering community, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful contributions to the team's collective efforts. In your new role, you will: Be the technical lead for our new Infrastructure and Methodology Concept Engineering team; Improve and develop tools and methodologies to increase the quality of Concept Engineering deliverables, including but not limited to Hardware architecture, Hardware/Software interfaces, Functional Safety (FuSa) documents, and user manuals; Foster technical alignment and agreement on solutions within the Concept Engineering community; Develop a deep understanding of the interdependencies with Product/Platform Architects, Technical Marketing, Design and Verification teams, and the Documentation team to ensure seamless collaboration and synergy across all functions; Implement and provide training on tools, best practices, guidelines, and processes to empower the Concept Engineering community and enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. You are best equipped for this role if you have: PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering; At least 8 years of experience of relevant work experience, ideally in a technical lead position with exposure to microarchitecture definition for reusable Functional Blocks or Hardware IPs. Strong foundational knowledge and proven expertise in digital and analog chip design & design microelectronic workflows. Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Python and Software Development or experience driving SW teams. Knowledge of DITA XML for document creation; Hands-on experience with documentation flows for engineering; Hands-on experience on XLST - would be an advantage; Fluency in English.
