Chef de Partie Location : Maidenhead Salary : £25,000-£26,000 per year Job Summary We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and reliable Chef de Partie to join our team. Key Responsibilities - Support the Head Chef in overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operation. - Assist with planning and delivering exceptional dining experiences for a wide range of events, including matches, private functions, themed evenings, and special occasions. - Maintain strict quality control standards. - Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food hygiene regulations. - Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required. - Work alongside the Head Chef to manage food costs, operate within budgetary requirements, and maintain exceptional quality and profitability. - Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to coordinate events effectively.
