We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 or above Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, whilst fostering a nurturing environment. This role requires effective communication abilities and the capacity to manage daily activities within a nursery setting. We are happy to consider two part time applicant's to job share or one full time applicant. From £13.21 per hour

Duties
Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning.
Supervise and support children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's individual needs.
Lead by example, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices within the team.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, ensuring a structured yet flexible approach to childcare.
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
A genuine passion for childcare and early years education.
