Overview
Social Mobility Coordinator – UK Law Firm, Manchester or Nottingham. This role is part of the People Team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC).
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-impact Inclusion function, supporting the development and delivery of innovative social mobility programmes. From flagship initiatives to emerging talent strategies, you'll help shape how the business attracts and supports diverse talent.
Location: Manchester or Nottingham
Contract: Full-Time, 12-month FTC
What you'll be doing
* Supporting the implementation of social mobility strategies and programmes.
* Collaborating with the Inclusion team and senior stakeholders.
* Coordinating events, sessions, and projects across the UK and Ireland.
* Helping evaluate and improve existing initiatives.
