PA required for 7 year old autistic child Ref: DP7786 Location: Littlehampton Details This role is to support a Child The candidate should be a woman* Drivers licence required: Preferred Employment status: Employed or Self-employed Hours per week: Fridays 3-6pm Saturdays 11am-4pm Hourly pay rate: £12.71 ph - I am looking for a kind PA to support my autistic daughter. She is an extrovert, fun and creative 7 year old star! Hours will be Fridays and Saturdays for 8 hours per week total (extra hours available during holidays). Duties include: - Taking her for walks with my son and the other PA - bathing her - playing with her - sitting with her at mealtimes - Duties include: - Other relevant duties as required - Companionship - Bathroom assistance Candidate qualities: - Reliable with good timekeeping - Hygienic, tidy and well organised - Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties - Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills - ideally enhanced DBS checked (but Independent Lives can arrange) Additional requirements Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours Notes: All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.
