Salary: £37,280- £39,152
Location: Rutland - Oakham
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Flexible Hours/Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week.

About you

* Experience in a Learning & Development role, working as part of a team to deliver Human Resources & Organisation Development Services.
* Experience of designing and delivering training and briefings to groups of staff, and commissioning training.
* Up to date understanding of apprenticeships.
* Experience of working in a customer focused service with a track record of consistent delivery and achievement of plans
* Experience of working with an HR or Learning Management System.
* Able to work on your own initiative.
