Lead a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and student OTs, fostering a supportive and dynamic team environment. Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs‑led support strategies for children and their families. Develop, plan, and implement intervention programmes to assist children in achieving their fullest potential. Engage with families to build strong relationships, ensuring a seamless service tailored to each child’s unique circumstances. Collaborate with the management team to evaluate service delivery and implement improvements based on analytical insights.

Requirements
* Current HCPC registration.
* Minimum two years of post‑qualification experience as an occupational therapist.
* Must be a car driver as travel may be required to meet with families and engage in community activities.
