This is a new and exciting opportunity for Sirona as we seek a Head of Commercial to lead our Commercial Finance team.
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the post holder will be responsible for all aspects of contract management, including the financial aspects of bids and tenders. As the Senior Commercial lead, the post holder will build a capable commercial team to work with our stakeholders in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across Sirona.
They will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of a wide range of commercial clinical services and play a pivotal role in leading the financial, legal, and procurement elements, including business case production, contractor appointments, programme financial management, demand and capacity modelling, and contract management.
Leading the contracts team in contract development, contract negotiation using persuasiveness, and contract management. Deliver efficient procurements utilising existing routes to market and running effective tenders in the market.
Working with the Finance team, who will provide financial support for the costing of bids and tenders, and to develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure, using internal information as intelligence, which will be sensitive in nature.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining the highest standards for quality and compliance.
Implement and manage all contracts with third-party contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers. Ensure contracts are executed efficiently, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigate risks to the project.
