The Role: Digital Construction Coordinator
As a Digital Construction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of BIM solutions throughout the project lifecycle—from bid stage to completion, handover, and soft landings. You’ll be the go-to expert for:
* Technical knowledge and innovative solutions
* Presenting, training, and problem-solving to empower your colleagues
* Hosting clash resolution meetings to address findings
Digital Construction & Innovation is integral to our business strategy, and your expertise will ensure its effective use throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone with:
* An in-depth working knowledge of Revit & Navisworks
* A solid understanding of producing 3D models/objects and data input
* Experience in auditing models for BEP compliance and understanding of LODs
* Experience managing clash detection and resolution meetings
* Experience implementing 4D construction planning with Synchro (preferred)
* A keen interest in new and emerging construction technology
