B2B - Marketing Manager
Salary: £45,000 basic (Negotiable, depending on experience)

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing activity across the business – driving brand visibility, supporting sales, and enhancing customer engagement. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage everything from content creation and sales collateral to website development, PPC campaigns, and CRM‑driven marketing.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and business development to shape a marketing function that supports long‑term growth.
What You’ll Do
* Sales Enablement: Create brochures, case studies, pitch decks, and tender materials.
* Digital Marketing: Oversee website redevelopment, optimise SEO, and improve user journeys.
* PPC & Analytics: Manage paid campaigns with agencies and report on performance.
* CRM & Automation: Build email nurture flows and improve pipeline visibility.
* Brand & Creative: Maintain brand guidelines and produce graphics using Canva.
* Social Media: Manage channels, grow visibility, and deliver engaging content.
* Internal Comms: Support events, exhibitions, and charity initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a B2B Marketing Manager role.
* Ideally from engineering, facilities, construction, or services sectors.
* Skilled across digital, social, email, and brand marketing.
* Experience managing website development and PPC campaigns.
* Strong CRM knowledge and excellent copywriting skills.
* Proactive, creative, and highly organised.
