The Role As a Children's Support Worker, you will: Support young adolescents with their day-to-day lives, encouraging independence and positive decision-making. Build strong, trusting relationships and act as a consistent, positive role model. Provide both emotional and practical support, including life skills coaching, educational support, and structured routines. Ensure safeguarding and the wellbeing of young people is always the highest priority. Work a shift pattern that includes sleep-ins (£70.00 per sleep-in). About You I'm keen to speak with individuals who are: Caring, resilient, and reliable, with a genuine passion for supporting young people. Experienced in working with children and young people - residential experience is highly desirable. In possession of a full UK driving licence (essential).
