Overview
* Engineering thought leadership in demonstrating how to effectively leverage agents witihn existing workflows within LBG's Platform 4.0SDLCcontext.
* Experienced engineering team member/leader who has deep expereince ofSDLCbest practices / workflows from requirements throguh decomp, to DoR, and then branching/merging/PR strategies.
* Focus on introducing or integratingagenticcapability into the traditionally human-centric workflows, by developing VSCODE IDE Extensions, MCP/RAG integrations, and setting policy standards by which agents will begin to take the load from developers.
* Experience Jira/Confluence, VSCode/Intellij with Github Copilot extensive eperience in GCP cloud native and Harness toolchain.
The area of operations is:
* Multiple AISDLC'ventures'will now be executed as an enabling portfolio - putting discrete venture teams onto building/wiring/integrating agents/models from within the bank (GCP) to reduce people-density and increase effiency across theSDLClifecycle.
* NewAgenticAI Chapter formedas the governance for cross-platform knowledge sharing and venture/capability prioritisation. Our leaders will be part of this forum to align/agree and feedback experiences
Our staff will be operating in a high visibility execution context- both in terms of AISDLCbeing a key AI 'Big Bet' enabler for 2030 strategy
