We're a fast-growing SaaS company based in Oxford with a mighty team of 10 and a product our customers genuinely love. Now, we're looking for a Senior Software Developer to help us scale, innovate, and ship features that make a real difference.
This isn't just another "write code, go home" job. You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with our CTO (yes, directly), shaping architecture decisions, and mentoring the next wave of talented devs. We're building stuff that actually matters - and you'll have the freedom to try new ideas without getting tangled in red tape.
What you'll do
1. Build and refine our platform using PHP Laravel on the backend.
2. Create slick, high-performance interfaces with Vue.js or React.js.
3. Take ownership of features from whiteboard scribble to production launch.
4. Share your knowledge, review code, and help our junior/mid devs level up.
5. Influence tech choices and push for best practices without bureaucracy.
You'll thrive here if you:
6. Are fluent in PHP and Laravel, with solid JavaScript skills in Vue.js or React.js.
