Youll be the strategic link between sales, operations and executive leadershipdriving efficiency, compliance, and clarity across the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures Monitor compliance with internal controls and departmental reporting Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training guides Maintain and update policies in line with employment law and best practices Analyse operational and HR data to inform strategic decisions What Were Looking For Proven experience in business administration and HR management Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication skills Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
