We are now recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join their high-performing FP&A team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an analytically minded individual to work closely with complex datasets, deliver commercial insights, and directly contribute to critical strategic decisions. Once settled in the role, youll have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of FP&A, gaining exposure to senior financial planning and business leadership. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain robust financial models and forecasting tools to support decision-making on product launches, pricing strategy and market opportunities. Transform complex datasets into meaningful, commercial insights with clear financial impact. Prepare accurate, visually engaging financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver timely, ad-hoc analysis to support the FP&A function and other business leaders. Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Engineering and Billing to understand financial implications and make data-informed recommendations. Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting and process efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial or analytical role. Degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a numerate discipline (preferred). Proficient in SQL for data analysis; experience with Google BigQuery is advantageous. Strong experience in building financial models and conducting forecasting. Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Google Looker, Tableau or Power BI Looker experience preferred. Clear and confident communicator, capable of presenting financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive and proactive approach.
