Commercial Property Associate - Bristol (Hybrid)

A top 100 national law firm widely recognised for its exceptional culture and work‑life balance is looking for a Commercial Property Associate to join their thriving Bristol team.
The Role
Working as part of a large, well‑connected Real Estate department, youll enjoy a broad and varied caseload, collaborating with commercial property specialists across multiple offices. Your work will span:
* Property development
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Asset and estate management
* Commercial property work for public and private sector clients
* Exposure to the firms highly regarded charities and education sectors
* Involvement in school mergers, acquisitions and disposals which is a rapidly expanding area of work
This is a role where youll be encouraged to get stuck in, work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, and build strong client relationships from day one.
About You
* Likely operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (around 3-7 years PQE)
* Strong experience and technical expertise in commercial property matters
* Ideally some exposure to supervising or supporting junior colleagues
* Open to broadening your experience if your current role has been more specialised
* Enthusiastic, proactive and commercially minded
