Location: Cambridge, UK – (This position can accommodate flexible working options. However, candidates must be based (or be willing to relocate) within a comfortable commuting distance of our Cambridge office to be able to attend onsite as required) As our Culture and Engagement Specialist, you’ll own the programmes and data that shape how culture is understood, measured and embedded across Jagex. You’ll connect employee feedback to business outcomes, ensuring culture initiatives are grounded in data, aligned with company values, and delivered in a way that is visible and authentic to employees. Operating across the People & Culture function and wider business, you’ll influence how engagement, employer brand, and inclusion initiatives are defined and delivered - ensuring that both employee experience and broader organisational goals are supported. What you’ll be doing: Own and deliver the company’s engagement listening calendar, including surveys, pulse checks, and deep-dive analysis. Translate engagement data into clear insights, producing structured outputs that inform leadership decisions. Develop and maintain tools, frameworks, and processes that enable action planning and continuous improvement. Lead and evolve company-wide recognition programmes, including values awards and associated processes. Coordinate delivery of DEI, ERG, and community initiatives, tracking progress against wider ESG commitments. Support employer brand and ESG reporting by consolidating people data, insights, and storytelling across multiple channels. What we’re looking for: Background in a people-focused role (HR, employee engagement or employee experience) with ownership of structured programmes or initiatives. Strong capability working with data, including analysing survey outputs and identifying actionable insights. Experience running multiple workstreams within a defined structure, including planning and delivery. Familiarity with engagement survey tools, reporting, and action-planning methodologies is preferable. Ability to produce clear, structured outputs, including reports, presentations, and communications. Experience contributing to ESG, DEI, or employer brand initiatives is advantageous.
