The Role:
As a Change Management Specialist, you will be playing a hands-on role in delivering successful organisational change projects. You will be part of a dedicated UK and US team, working cross-functionally to drive improvements and support transformation across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Conduct needs analysis and impact assessments to shape effective change strategies
Advise and support stakeholders to ensure smooth change adoption
Lead and influence teams to embrace change and deliver business outcomes
Execute change implementation plans with consistency and clarity
Collaborate with UK and US colleagues on strategic transformation initiatives
Create engaging communications and presentations to support change efforts
What You Will Bring:
Degree or equivalent experience preferred; certification in Organisational Change Management is desirable
3–5 years’ proven experience in Change Management
Proactive and organised, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus (training provided)
