The Role
As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be generating and converting new business opportunities by making outbound calls to UK businesses.
You will:
* Make outbound B2B calls using a proven script.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
* Generate new opportunities and close sales.
* Complete sales administration to a high standard for the contract to be submitted.
* Be driven and competitive to consistently meet and exceed your individual sales targets.
This role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to follow structured conversations in a regulated industry.
