What you’ll do:
* Apply sound engineering principles and produce designs to relevant standards.
* Prepare clear calculations, reports, drawings, and deliverables.
* Use BIM‑led workflows and tools like STAAD Pro, FEM/Autodesk Robot.
* Plan and implement projects to meet time and cost targets.
* Organise tasks, people, and resources; prepare and control budgets.
* Ensure compliance with internal quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Provide technical training and mentoring; brief and coordinate team members.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and supply chain to define objectives and build strong relationships.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Strong motivation and people‑management skills.
* Practical knowledge of Eurocodes and UK codes; able to mentor others.
* Willing to work at other UK offices or client sites short‑term.
* Able to attend site and agree buildable solutions under tight deadlines.
* Hold a UK/EEC driving licence.
