At Novax Recruitment Group, we're hunting for confident, outgoing, "I'll call them!" kind of grads to join our USA Construction & Engineering team. You'll be working with clients and candidates across the pond - so get ready for some "awesome" conversations and a lot of "can you hear me okay?" moments.
️ What You'll Be Doing:
* Chatting with engineers, project managers, and construction pros who build America's skylines (from the comfort of Altrincham).
* Matching top talent with top companies - basically, professional matchmaking, but with fewer awkward dates.
* Celebrating commission days like national holidays.
* Working 12-8pm Monday to Thursday (we're syncing with the US time zones, not vampires, promise).
* WFH Fridays - because even recruitment heroes deserve duvet days.
