Lead Grounds Maintenance Technician Location: Wisbech based, however you will travel to various client sites Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time) Salary: £30,000 per annum Start Time: 5:45am (early morning start) Overtime: Paid after 8 hours per day Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Grounds Maintenance Technician to oversee and support a team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across multiple client sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for organising daily workloads, maintaining high standards, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
