What You’ll Be Doing

* Data Subject Access Requests (Primary Focus)
o Manage and coordinate all DSARs across HR
o Track requests to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines
o Use Microsoft Purview (eDiscovery & Content Search) to locate and extract data
o Work with HR, IT, Payroll and wider stakeholders to gather information
o Review and redact sensitive data in line with GDPR requirements
o Maintain clear records and audit trails
o Identify and escalate risks or complex cases
o Continuously improve DSAR processes and documentation
o Ensure secure handling of all personal data
* HR Administration (Secondary Focus)
o Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
o Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
o Manage Right to Work processes
o Support Joiners, Movers & Leavers (JML) activity
o Maintain accurate HR system data
o Liaise with Payroll on employee changes
o Conduct regular data and file audits
o Support wider HR administration as required


Essential Experience

* Handling sensitive and confidential information
* Managing administrative processes or casework to deadlines
* Understanding of GDPR or data protection principles (or willingness to learn quickly)
* Exposure to systems such as Microsoft Purview or similar


Desirable Experience

* Previous HR administration experience
* Experience managing DSARs or similar data requests
* Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday)
* Experience using Microsoft Purview (Content Search, eDiscovery, data export)
