Robert Half are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing organisation based in Bicester to recruit an FP&A Analyst. The FP&A Analyst will receive a salary of up to £60,000 (Potentially negotiable) plus attractive benefits including hybrid remote working!
Primary responsibilities;
* Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
* Deliver insightful monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting.
* Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
* Support the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.
* Produce scenario analysis and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
* Partner with operational and departmental leaders to provide commercial insight and challenge.
* Support decision-making through robust financial analysis and recommendations.
* Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships across the business to improve financial understanding and accountability.
Key experience and attributes;
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) OR equivalent experience.
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
* Experience within FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis roles.
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Naturally curious, commercially minded and willing to challenge the status quo.
* Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities
