* Overseeing the strategic direction of client accounts and social media campaigns.
* Overseeing work completed by the team ensuring work meets the content brief and client messaging / tone.
* Monitor and evaluate campaign progress.
* Identify opportunities for new business.
* Motivate and develop team members ensuring a positive culture.
* Support with budgeting, financial planning, and timelines.
What you’ll bring to the table:
* Proven experience in an agency environment with a sole focus on social media and consumer campaigns – this is essential.
* Proven experience of managing top-level client accounts.
* Proven experience of leading on account strategy.
* A positive work ethic and management style.
