Job Description
3. Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Process statutory calculations including SMP, SPP, SSP
5. Reconcile accounts and manage budgetary controls effectively.
6. Monitor and process invoices, expenses, and payments efficiently.
7. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision making.
8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance & Payroll Officer should have:
9. A strong background in accounting to trial balance
10. End to end payroll processing for monthly paid employees
11. Sage Payroll/ Sage Line 50 experience
