You will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial accounts, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to optimise cash collection while maintaining strong, professional relationships. Key responsibilities include: Managing and reducing aged debt across your portfolio Building and maintaining strong client relationships Leading conversations around payments, queries, and resolutions Attending internal and external meetings as a key finance contact Negotiating repayment plans where required Investigating and resolving account discrepancies Performing reconciliations and ensuring accurate cash allocation Supporting reporting and providing insight to senior finance stakeholders About You We are keen to speak with experienced Credit Controllers who bring both technical ability and strong interpersonal skills. You will have: 3+ years experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable Experience managing commercial or corporate accounts A confident, professional communication style Strong Excel and systems experience Excellent organisation and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused approach Youll enjoy being visible, building relationships, and contributing to a high-performing finance function.
