Responsibilities Applies the brand appropriate selling ceremony with each customer for both Samsonite and TUMI within the department. Demonstrates understanding of personal sales goals and KPIs and strives to hit targets set. Working independently at times, and as part of a small but dedicated brand team. Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset. Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor, including a swift replenishment of products. Qualifications Skills required: Constant standing, bending, frequent lifting of luggage up to 15 kilos. Computer literate Previous experience in retail Ability to work under pressure Team player and motivator Target driven Brand sensibility Good command of English Flexibility
