Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping using Xero Reconcile bank, credit card, and supplier accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable Process and match sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices Direct Debits Credit Control Ensure all financial documentation is organised Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in anAccountsAssistant role Proficient in Xero accounting software Excellent attention to detail and strong reconciliation and organisational skills Able to work independently and communicate effectively within a small team Comfortable working in-office 3 days per week or 5 shorter days Preferred Qualifications AAT qualified (or equivalent certification) On-site parking is available
