A full UK manual driving license is required – a company vehicle will be provided on duty.
The services operate on a set rota with the following shifts:
* Overnight team: 8:45pm to 7:30am
* Rota: 4 nights on, 4 nights off
The Telecare Service is a responsive team that visits customers in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering alarm activations across the city raised by customers or assistive technology devices
* Assisting customers with mobility, personal care, falls, and ambulance assistance
* Responding to assistive technology such as property exit sensors, smoke alarms, and pressure mats
Training will be provided during an induction to the company and service.
