This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners handling high-quality private client and tax planning work for farming families, landed estates and family business owners. The Role: Advise clients on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning Provide tax efficient solutions for wealth preservation and succession planning Draft trusts, settlements and family partnership documentation Handle complex estate administration matters Advise farming businesses, landed estates and high-net-worth individuals What do you need? Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive 5 years’ post qualification experience within private client law Strong experience in inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning Knowledge of trusts, settlements and asset protection structures An interest or background in agricultural or landed estate clients would be advantageous What’s on offer?
