We are working in partnership with a dynamic and well-established company on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells to recruit a Project Manager to join their collaborative Head Office team. The role offers:
* A key position with ownership and autonomy
* Involvement in every stage of project lifecycle - from concept to completion
* A creative and fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities
* Hybrid exposure to client-facing communication, internal coordination, and external supplier management
* Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
* Offices located just outside Tunbridge Wells, with occasional travel to client sites (approximately once per quarter)
Core responsibilities will include:
* Working in partnership with clients to define project briefs, timelines and objectives
* Developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
* Coordinating internal teams (including design and production) to meet project goals
* Managing relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders
* Acting as the key point of contact for client communications and updates
* Monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring timely delivery within budget
* Reporting on project status and outcomes to senior stakeholders
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing or supporting the management of projects, timelines or client deliverables
* Can demonstrate strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Is confident in liaising with both internal teams and external clients
* Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Is within a commutable distance of Tunbridge Wells
