About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help pupils reach their full potential. This role may involve working 1:1 with pupils who have additional needs, supporting small groups, or providing general classroom assistance across Early Years, KS1 or KS2.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Deliver targeted interventions and help pupils stay on track
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, etc.)
* A genuine passion for education and child development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and flexible attitude
