About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be an essential part of the Sales and Customer Service team. You’ll manage an established portfolio of customers, helping them with orders, support, and general inquiries, while identifying opportunities to upsell and grow the business. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Processing customer orders via phone, email, and our website
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
* Achieving sales targets, upselling (no cold calling required!)
* Handling inquiries regarding deliveries, returns, repairs, and general customer support
Key qualities include:
* Strong communication skills, particularly via phone and email
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* A proactive, can-do attitude, both independently and as part of a team
* Experience in telephone sales is a plus, but not essential
Job Details:
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
* Location: Waterlooville office (with free parking)
