They are now seeking a Head Chef to lead a brigade of 35 chefs/KPs and shape the culinary identity of this renowned estate, with full creative autonomy.

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
Overseeing all kitchens across the estates restaurants, bars and events, ensuring consistency and excellence
Designing and delivering seasonal, produce-led menus with a clear culinary identity
Leading, motivating and developing a team of around 35, fostering high standards and a positive culture
Collaborating with senior management to enhance the guest experience and support commercial goals
Youll be a great fit if you:
Have proven experience within 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality
Are a strong, hands-on leader who can inspire, coach and hold standards
Bring multi-outlet experience and thrive in a busy, quality-driven environment
Are confident in taking full ownership of menu direction and innovation
Are either an accomplished Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
