School Administrator – Forthview Primary School
Salary: £27,257 – £29,850 (pro‑rate for part‑time and sessional). Hours: 31.25 per week, 39 weeks sessional.
Responsibilities
* Provide and operate financial management, integrated management information, and budgetary information systems and services for the school.
* Manage and deliver a wide range of administrative, clerical, secretarial, and general office support services.
Qualifications & Requirements
* This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
* Candidate must join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check; an overseas criminal record check is required if you have spent three months or more outside the UK in the last five years.
* Employment conditional upon satisfactory outcome of both checks.
