Sherborne Boys School are looking for an inspiring Director of Rugby Coaching to lead and develop our growing rugby programme. Working with the Director of Sport and Deputy Director of Sport (Performance), you will deliver high-quality coaching and coach education, while shaping and reviewing the school's rugby philosophy and playing style. This role also supports the school's commitment to Character Education, using rugby to promote values such as resilience, teamwork and integrity. The ideal candidate will bring strong coaching experience, leadership skills, and a passion for developing both players and coaches.
Hours of Work: The Director of Rugby Coaching will usually work 37.5 to 40 hours per week during term time.
Salary: Up to £31,000.00 per annum depending on skills and experience. For further details about the role please see attached job description.
