The Role – Starting September We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to take on a full-time ALN Learning Support role, starting in September. This position offers excellent developmental opportunities for those looking to build a meaningful career in education. You will: * Support pupils—particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)—through tailored learning activities. * Plan, prepare and deliver engaging sessions for individuals and small groups. * Monitor and assess pupil progress, reporting achievements and areas for development. * Be a consistent, positive role model and provide a nurturing, structured environment for learners. What We’re Looking For * A genuine passion for supporting young people in their education. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. * An interest in or experience with ASD is highly desirable. * Previous school experience is welcome, but not essential—full training will be provided.
