Receptionist (LW)
Hours: 17.3 hours Monday/Tuesday 08:30–15:54 and Wednesday 08:30–12:00.
An organised individual is required to provide reception and clerical support for patients and health care professionals based within Glenwood Health Centre.
Responsibilities
* Provide an appointment booking service to the public.
* Use Microsoft Office and electronic patient booking systems TIARA and TrakCare.
* Prioritise and manage day‑to‑day workload without immediate supervision.
* Work independently and as part of a wider team.
Qualifications
* Previous reception and clerical experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* IT proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to travel for training or cover other colleagues.
* Preferable experience in an NHS setting.
