The Role We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our Sheffield-based Access Testing team. This is a pivotal role providing operational and administrative support to the Labour Controller, Sales function and wider team. You will be central to ensuring engineers are fully supported, customer documentation is accurate and up to date, and operational processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Coordination Handling inbound calls, emails and general enquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner Updating customer portals with required documentation to facilitate payment Managing supplier portals, including uploading certification, reports and invoices Operational & Administrative Support Processing orders onto the Clarity system Raising purchase order requests and liaising with Finance Hiring equipment and booking access machinery, including delivery arrangements Supporting weekly engineer planning and covering for absence/holidays where required Preparing engineer job packs and issuing RAMS to engineers and customers Ordering essential job parts Booking hotel accommodation and parking for engineers working away Collating and processing engineer expenses Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems Processing customer renewal orders and assigning tasks within Clarity General spreadsheet data entry and payment processing About You We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience in a similar service-orientated administrative role Is confident working with field-based personnel and national customers Has strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel essential) Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Communicates confidently and professionally Is proactive, supportive and happy working in a small team environment In return, we offer: Development opportunity with Industry recognised training Free parking 24 days paid holiday per year plus the 8-bank holiday - more after length of service Referral bonus scheme Vivup health cash plan with discount on dental, health screening, gym discount, store discounts, specialist consultations and much more Life Assurance Policy IND1
