The Performance Hub is seeking a Head of Dance & Studio Administrator to oversee our dance programme, inspire our teaching team, and ensure every class is fun, engaging, and technically excellent. What You'll Do:
* Lead and mentor the dance teaching team, ensuring exceptional lessons across all ages and styles.
* Teach a wide range of students (ages 4–14), including street, lyrical, jazz, ballet (8–14 years), and acro for younger children (4–6 years).
* Plan and deliver engaging class structures, choreography, and skill progression.
* Support the business directors in planning and delivering outstanding performances, shows, and community events.
* Attend and contribute to school events, performances, and initiatives.
* Maintain a welcoming and supportive studio environment for students and staff.
Ideal Candidate:
* Confident teaching multiple dance styles to a wide age range.
* Skilled in acro for younger children.
* Strong teaching ability with structured, engaging, and inspiring classes.
* Experienced in creating and leading choreography.
* Experience running and supporting performances and events.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate a team and foster a positive studio culture.
