General Foreman
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy site environment and enjoys being at the heart of project delivery. You'll be joining a team focused on strengthening and upgrading water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
As a General Foreman, you'll play a key leadership role on site, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading or assisting with daily activity briefings so everyone onsite understands the plan and key risks.
Managing essential site documentation including permits, RAMS, temporary works records, quality paperwork, and timesheets.
Helping uphold excellent Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance across day-to-day operations.
Working closely with site management, supporting both direct teams and subcontractors to maintain progress.
Preparing information and updates for site progress meetings.
Supporting the coordination of materials, plant and resources to keep the programme on track
