Are you a driven Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? We are working on behalf of a well-established law firm in Banbury that is seeking a talented solicitor to join their thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity that offers a clear pathway to partnership, as you’ll gradually take over a high-value client base from a retiring partner.
The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of high-quality commercial property matters, including:
* Commercial leases (granting, taking, renewals, assignments, complex lease structures)
* Licences to occupy and underlet
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
Much of the lease work is complex and high-value, serving a robust client base primarily in the fast food and fitness (gym operators) sectors. This presents an excellent chance to work on sizeable and interesting transactions that will develop your expertise further.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Ideally 5+ PQE in commercial property, though we are open to considering strong candidates with less experience.
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Personable and commercially minded, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
* Keen to step into a succession plan and look to progress to partnership.
