Overview
We have a vacancy for an experienced, proficient and reliable person to join our team of ICT Field Support Officers providing support across Calderdale Council.
Responsibilities
* Attending client sites and performing technical support for reported issues.
* Provide a fault determination and fixing service.
* Liaising with customers and 3rd party suppliers.
* Installation and configuration of software and hardware to meet client requirements.
* Working to meet deadlines as defined by our SLA agreements.
* Working in schools in and around Calderdale.
Qualifications and requirements
* A major technology provider certification or recent experience in a similar role is highly desirable for this post, along with a full driving licence, and access to a vehicle.
