This role sits at the heart of a major transformation programme, responsible for establishing and managing the processes and strategies that optimise demand, support, and inventory for used spare parts across TFM fleet engine programmes. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer requirements are met while enabling aftermarket activities to continue delivering significant revenue and profitability for Rolls-Royce.

* Maintain a strong understanding of new parts and repair supply chain performance, enabling early risk identification and mitigation through Critical Parts Management activities.

* Shape and develop the strategy, processes, and governance for Return to Parts (RTP) and used material utilisation, with a focus on increasing Serviceable Used Material (SUM), reducing Held Out of Service (HOOS) inventory, and lowering reliance on high-value new material.

* Define value stream requirements for new and used supply chains through the Supply Chain Requirements Document, aligned to product strategy and lifecycle phase.

* Establish and maintain project and long-range demand forecasting databases to support strategic decision-making.

* Act as a customer advocate, supporting and directing the supply chain on reactivations, transfers, and other initiatives.

* Support functional risk identification and management activities.

* Act as functional co-ordinator for Product and Lifecycle Management audit reviews.

* Lead additional strategic change projects on behalf of the Value Stream Planning & Control function as required.

* Provide delegation and support for the Supply Chain Projects Manager.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

* IT proficiency including good working knowledge of SAP MRP/Sales & Distribution & Excel.

* Understanding of forecasting & demand management and inventory principles, planning and managing.

* Programme management experience in support of development & execution of strategies and new concepts.

* Experience of MRO/used material supply chains including Reduce To Produce (RTP).

* Experience of Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

* As part of this role, the successful candidate will interface with a wide range of disciplines and be confident in acting as Rolls-Royce Planning & Control advocate with cross functional interfaces & across organisational boundaries.

* Have or be working towards professional APICS membership would be advantageous.
