We are currently working in partnership with a prestigious luxury care provider known for their uncompromising standards of care, beautifully designed homes, and people‑first ethos. They are now seeking a Medical Relations Manager to join their team, a pivotal role responsible for driving high‑value medical referrals and fostering strategic partnerships with a variety of healthcare professionals in and around the London area.
Responsibilities
* Build and nurture relationships with Consultants, GPs, Discharge Teams, and key healthcare professionals
* Develop and execute a medical engagement strategy that drives referrals, admissions, and occupancy growth
* Represent the business at healthcare events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance market presence
* Serve as a trusted ambassador, upholding brand values and building credibility within the clinical community
* Plan and host bespoke presentations and relationship‑building events for healthcare professionals and referral partners
* Analyse data, track performance, and report regularly on referral activity and outcomes
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resident transitions and a strong client experience across all homes in the portfolio
Requirements
* Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and business development within the private healthcare sector
* Established professional network across hospitals, consultants, and related referral sources
* Commercially focused with a strong understanding of healthcare pathways and high‑net‑worth client expectations
* Strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Confident, proactive, and highly professional in representing a premium healthcare brand
