We are currently recruiting for a Lettings & Renewals Co-Ordinator position, for our Estate Agency client based in Shoreditch. The successful candidate must be highly organised, proactive with a very keen attitude and proficient with Reapit software. Candidates must be a UK Resident. No driving licence needed for this role! Benefits: Basic £30,000 - £35,000 Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6pm No driving licence needed for this role Discretionary Christmas bonus Performance and training management plan Team recruitment referral incentives Responsibilities: Setting up new and renewed tenancies via Reapit/Goodlord Sending documents for electronic signature Booking photographers, floorplans, videos Liaising with the lettings team Use key system to sign in/out keys Ordering advertisement boards for properties as and when needed Referencing prospective tenants Carrying out Right to Rent checks with Tenants Ensure all industry standard compliance is up-to date and organised for a tenancy via works orders (PAT Testing, EPCs, Gas Safety certificates & EICR's) Organising & liaising with contractors/tenants/landlords regarding any works/maintenance/cleaning pre-tenancy Producing various reports on the CRM software Registering deposits via TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) Managing vacating tenants and the returning of deposits Serving Section 6, 8, 20 and 21 Notices as and when required Organising, reviewing and/or sending the inventory check in & outs to clients Getting property keys cut Ensuring deal/supplier invoicing is up to date Working alongside accounts Coordinate inbound and outbound office calls Liaising with Company Partners where required Key Skills: Must have experience using Reapit Ideally experience using Goodlord (not essential) Excellent organisational skills Proactive with the ability to work to deadlines Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Effective communicator Keen attitude Self-motivation as well as the ability and courtesy to work well in a team and be a team player Additional Company Information: Our client is an independently owned property company, based in the vibrant heart of Shoreditch, who brings over 50 years of combined experience to the industry, offering a truly tailored and personable service.
