We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join an experienced and supportive team for our new 4 bed adult home that is opening in Partington, West of Manchester. Here we will support 4 adults with autism and learning disabilities. You'll be making a difference to their lives, celebrating their achievements, and providing unwavering support; helping them to thrive.
As a new home, you will also be directly involved in helping our new adults settle and making sure they feel welcomed and comfortable in their new surroundings.
Support Worker - £13.65 per hour.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide the highest standards of care for our children throughout the night, understand their care needs, and support and engage with them. You will work on a rota pattern that you will receive in advance to help you plan ahead and create a good work-life balance. Your work pattern will entail full night shifts between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.

Responsibilities
* Provide the best care and support for the children we support and make a real difference in their lives
* Maintain a warm and caring environment, so our children can receive good physical, emotional, and social care
* Support the children with their daily routines as set out in their care plans
Requirements
· Experience as a carer would be great but full training and induction are provided, so we would still love to hear from you even if you don't have experience in this field
· Driver's licence is an advantage but it is not essential
· Be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging

* Bright Futures commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and our requirement for the successful applicant would be to undertake enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check where appropriate. Satisfactory references are also required.
