We are seeking a passionate and talented Kitchen Designer to join our Design team at our head office on the Thorp Arch Industrial Estate. Due to our location, having your own transport is essential.
In this role, you will use Fusion 20/20 to create precise and efficient kitchen drawings that align with business KPIs and customer specifications. Collaborating closely with customers, as well as sales, marketing, and installation teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality designs that exceed expectations. Your attention to detail and creative expertise will contribute to outstanding customer satisfaction and project success.
Key Duties:
* Obtain architects layouts and specifications from the Customer
* Calculate unit fit from the drawing in line with unit and Health & Safety specifications
* Produce 3D drawing, technical plan and unit schedules using IT design package
* Liaise with the customer to agree the specification
* Check other team members work and amend if necessary
* Record stages of the Enquiry using Price Proposal System and Commercial Instructions
* Manage own workload using commercial instruction system
* Produce Photorealistic images of designs
* Support & Communicate with Designers / Estimators within the Client Services dept. to discuss workload support & mentor where possible
* Liaise with Design Development Lead for training and development
* Root cause analysis
